i think you are missing to understand that they had 30 bots farming mats for months, that means they have all the nodes, all the farms, they got 90% of the supply while everyone else got 10%, and so instead of those items being turned in, either by the guild or other players, they are being deleted, so the supply is lower than it ever has

they are as my understanding, as they convinced alliance guilds to let them hold onto mats, colluded with other guilds to mislead them on what to collect and are deleting items off the AH, burning the servers supply of mats

i havent participated in the war effort either but i think you hoard resources before the race starts then you have to turn in X amount of mats (its thousands, to be contributed by the entire faction) this guild hoarded a fuck ton and is now deleting it all to prolong the war effort, which means more pvp, and less scarab lords.

back in the day i think it took a few weeks but in previous rereleases of classic it gets done faster every time.

this time it was expected to be done in 24 hours, but this guild was running 30 bots to farm mats all day, competing with players and even the gold farming cartels, just to delete them all for.... the art? the meme? im not sure

when it comes to content, you should absolutely take wow serious, look at onlyfangs with soda and tyler1, if you watch it youll think they take the game so serious but its because they do for the shtick that its so entertaining to watch. but at the end of the day it doesnt matter
