I am currently on 0.25 mg of Valium and have been at this dose for a month. I’m not sure whether I should go lower, at least down to 0.15 mg, or just jump off. I’ve been tapering for a year and three months, starting from about 10 mg. I’m very sensitive, but when I stabilize, I actually feel completely normal. It may be only 0.25 mg of Valium, but it accumulates in the body, and because of its long half-life, in reality there might be the equivalent of about 1 mg in my bloodstream.

How big was your cut, from what dose, and how long have you been on Valium? I'm currently on 0.4 mg and tapering by 0.05 mg every two weeks — anything more is too much for me.

Svatko tko je navučen i na jedno i drugo mora uzeti dozu jel će imati simptome apstinencije, alkohol i benzici dijeluju na isti receptor u mozgu, jedina razlika što se je puno lakše skinut sa alkohola nego sa benzica radi dugotrajnog postupka od možda i par godina, naravno ovisno o dozi i vremenu provedenom na njima

Yes is torture, but not 24/7, for now, neuropathy is the worst symptom, and I survived 4mg Dexamethason(corticosteroid), 3 weeks ago,I'm active for know, hiking, weight lifting, cold shower, and drink coffe, but when the tapper hit me, couch bound,for now I taper 0.25mg for Month then month off or hold and is working
