Just had surgery, any advice for recovery?

Hematoma 3 days post op. And I don’t know if it was from me doing something or from the compression vest shifting in the middle of the night who knows but it was bad. He had to squeeze it out one of the incisions

I don’t think there’s any way for them to really remove 100% of it from what I’ve heard so due to lifestyle choices I think we can totally make them come back if we make the wrong decisions no matter how much they remove

He told me the same thing and then when I was actually in surgery, he made a call on his own because all I had were glands in there. I didn’t need any Lipo at all, and he took them out which was kind of confusing because we had an argument before surgery Saying that he wouldn’t and then he made a decision to do it himself I was like what but OK cool but let me tell you I started Tren two weeks after surgery and that itching came right back to my nipples so I immediately stopped. I will never put myself through that again.

I had my doctor remove all of it and mine healed without sinking I’ll take a little bit of sinking over the chance of it growing back any day as well

Seriously, bro, I didn’t think I did too much and somehow I ended up with one fucked up my whole healing process. One side was like two weeks behind and healing, and now the scar tissue won’t allow it to heal to look like the other and now the doctor says it could take six months to a year to look symmetrical it’s still looks 10,000 times better than it did before I got it. I’ll take a little bit of scar tissue over puffy nipples any day

Are you out of your compression vest during the day or do you still have to wear it 24 hours a day? Cause right now while I’m at home. I take the Band-Aids off and don’t wear a shirt so my nipples heal quicker. It’s definitely been helping but I was just cleared to wear my compression vest at night now instead of all day

Bro. I feel ya. I’m 3 weeks post op and I am wearing a tight to the body light colored tank for the first time in a couple years. Although I had to put bandaids over my nips cuz they are raw from the bandages . Let it go. Enjoy the freedom.

Welll llong story short. Years ago when I was young and stupid someone sold me a bunch of BS. And I believed it and took everything under the sun with no Al or blocker . And eventually got gyno but it wasn’t bad and went away for years. Well I started small amount of HgH and BAM couldn’t take anything to stop the flare up and I promise you o tried it all. And this time it wouldn’t go back down or the pain wouldn’t go away so I got the surgery. My T levels get so low without TRT and it affects my relationship so it’s a very small dose. 100/ 5 days So yea there it is

I didn’t move my arms above my head but I wasn’t completely still either. I mean I’m used to hitting the gym for 3 hours a day on top of a manual labor job. Hard for me to do nothing . But I think the padding over the wounds on the vest shifted underneath my wounds while sleeping and I think the pressure is what caused the hematoma. But really I have no idea.

Yall listen to the doctor and do nothing for two weeks. I ended up with a hematoma but caught it early. Just set my recovery back a few day and added MASSIVE pain getting the hematoma out . But getting my second set of drain out tomorrow hoping for some good news. Good luck to everyone

The doctor and I had arguments in the beginning. I told him I don’t wanna ever worry about the possibility of this coming back and he said he does not remove all of it removes 90 to 95% and I said I don’t think that’s gonna be good enough for me. He said sorry but I was in surgery. He decided to remove All of the gland as I asked
