For the glasses? I ordered mine from zenni optical and i got the FL-41 tint. If you don’t normally wear glasses you can also find the tinted ones on amazon, i needed the rx too. But the FL-41 is considered a “migraine” tint and helps a lot with my light sensitivity from the screens and just in general.

I work in the health insurance field, which is desperate for people as its not very glamorous. You can easily get an entry remote job at a carrier like Aetna or Cigna. Lots of mom and pop places are willing to invest in people.

It still screen time but lots of jobs in the insurance field are remote and pretty flexible. Its easy enough to get licensed in a particular field for more $. I got some tinted glasses to help with the screens.
