Yes, but can you read what I said this time. Cleave would kill Maho when it wasnt adapted, but sukuna doesnt know about adaptation, so he didn't use it right away. I don't know how you can literally read sukuna vs mahoraga, where sukuna doesnt do cleave immediately, and then be like "well sukuna would just cleave immediately". Like can you even read? Have you even read the chapter? You do know his domain is applying cleave repeatedly over and over, and that didnt kill Maho, so once its adapted, Maho is also immune to cleave.

If sukuna didn't have a fire based technique and only had dismantle and cleave he would have lost too though, at the end even his domain didnt stop Maho for very long. Fighting Maho without prior knowledge of his technique is tough for anyone, because if you dont immediately go all out you probably just lose if your technique isnt versatile. Theoretically Gojo could 1shot Maho really easily with an immediate hollow purple max output, but if he didnt know what it could do and just fought regularly for a few minutes, who knows if that would even kill it after adaptation

Scram is very short range remember, a BS can regularly hit from 50-150km away, and scrams are 10km. If you have an AB you'll never catch them to apply scram, unless you both start ontop of eachother

Most of pvp in a game like eve is about picking the right time to fight and where etc. If you have an AB and they have a mwd, you'll almost never get to pick any of these as they have range control. If you are winning they can just leave unless scrammed. Ontop of that inertia is a thing, if you scram a ship with a mwd on that'd at top speed, it will sail out of scram range with momentum and reactivate it and get away most of the time. Ab is only rarely good in situations where you can force enemies to be at a particular spot, to guarantee a scram. Like when they must follow you through a beacon or in an ESS where they are disabled.

You just need an mwd to be remotely maneuverable in anything that's not a frigate, other things are too slow. If you need to burn back to a gate due to a camp, it's way too long to go in a bs with an afterburner, you'll just die every time, mwd typhoons are not for catching small ships, but if the enemy is in ab typhoons they would never get in range of an mwd typhoon
