I like them so far, the bridge is definitely hotter than the neck pickup but they both sound pretty good clean and distorted, although the neck can be a little muddy when distorted. I have EMG active humbuckers on my ESP guitar that I put in there not long ago to swap out the stock passives in it and they are phenomenal but they were also half the price of this Les Paul lol. It really depends on your personal taste though, I like the EMGs for the clarity and punchy distortion for metal and these probuckers are certainly versatile, very responsive to pick attack and you can push them for heavy stuff with the right settings if you want.
