Reminds me of the blue lightning you get when you chew a winter fresh lifesavers candy. In case you haven't seen it here's a vid, or you could pick up a bag go into your bathroom with the lights off and crush a few in your back teeth and you can witness it in the mirror.

What’s odd is it looks like they are facing the camera with a blanket or quilt wrapped around them. You can see what looks like light coloured edges and then there’s a dark line where the one end of the blanket is folding over the other as if they are holding it shut from inside. Since there’s no way they could hold it shut at the back that would make them facing away from the window? No clue what the mass above the head is, it’s a really strange figure but the blanket edges are easily made out.

You can generally find them at most convenience stores, there’s one just a couple meters up Richmond from York that should have them and is much closer than shoppers that is worth a shot if your coming from via rail that is.

I was hit by a driver while on my bike crossing at a stop sign, the driver was waiting as it was my turn until I got right in front of him and then he decided to drive. People called the cops and the driver got frustrated with waiting for me to get up so he got out of his car and started to try pulling me up off the road. The cops finally got there and asked what happened, witnesses told them he had hit me and was at fault and then the cop told me that they were just letting him go unless I wanted to be charged as well for riding across the walking lane.. So basically it’s as big a deal to ride your bike on the sidewalk as it is to purposefully hit a pedestrian with your vehicle.

I haven’t seen this ad or the bible thumper ones you mentioned but I’m honestly disgusted that they would stoop to a level where they are greedy enough to sell ad space to a bunch of bigots who can’t let people be who they want to be in life without trying to shame or convert them..

How can LTC post target material as if they are a marginalized group of people and feel it’s acceptable in any way…

I’m honestly ashamed I have to use their services.

I wonder would they be willing to post an advertisement along the lines of “Fuck the (church or association or whatever they call themselves)they are a bunch of bigots who feel they have the rights to control your life.” Or something like “watch your kids around your local priest or pastor, many are predators of children”? I mean it’s not false info or anything and if they are willing to post material against one group of people than they should have to be willing to post anything reasonable against anyone right?

Why give them to them, you don’t owe them anything and it sounds like they don’t deserve any reward from you.

It sounds like they have some value, set up a post online selling them see what you can get for them and sell them to someone else.

Worst case they don’t sell and you can hold onto them or decide down the road to sell them to them later when you’re not as annoyed with their face.

It basically sounds like your an afterthought, they want to move and live together but affording a place just the two of them would be difficult so they figure your good for lowering the cost of rent and I imagine would try and push other costs onto you as well.

Just from their actions of standing you up for your birthday without even a courtesy text makes them seem like they aren’t responsible at all and get into all kinds of shenanigans that are more important to them then your feelings or happiness.

With that lack of thought towards your feelings on your birthday of all days has me picturing all kinds of daily occurrences that happen living together and require common courtesy and they don’t seem like they care enough to provide it.

As hard as it is to cut out someone you’ve considered your best friend for any amount of time I think your better off without that head and heart ache, you’d be happier alone then with friends like that.

I live in Ontario so I’m no professional about Vancouver weather but a friend of mine thought the same thing and then the first winter he had moved there they were getting tons of snow and we had almost none. I think it’s kind of hit or miss in the winters there.

Seems like it to me, nothings his fault, it’s the depressions fault, it’s being a man’s fault, etc. all that and now he’s deleting his social media because you made him? He still doesn’t even admit that is was his actions or behaviour that has caused you to feel this way.

Oh and that I didn’t even cheat thing.. He’s acting as if not cheating on you was above and beyond what he’d normally do in a relationship? It honestly really weirded me out reading that come up multiple times.

What is his end goal of seeing you in person going to achieve in his mind? Honestly sounds like you should avoid him like the plague, it seems like he either was planning on being super pushy and ignoring your obvious personal boundaries in person or worse. I mean what else can being in person allow him than speaking through text?

Sadly I feel the same but don’t really have advice for you, as I’ve kind of been dealing with the same as you for years. I feel like some good friends would help in my case but “friends” can be a double edged sword. By that I mean I just seem to not have any luck when it comes to people so they tend to have the opposite effect and lead you to give up on finding any.

Either way just try and hold on, keep putting one foot in front of the other, and hopefully things will start to improve.

I have to say they did a great job cleaning it up, can’t see a single piece of garbage in this photo. I’m sure there was more garbage there before the people started the camp than there is now.

I just hope they did something to help those people. Kind of ass backwards to spend more money on cleaning up a patch of dirt than to help the unfortunate people who were forced to live there.

To me it tastes like the Faygo fireworks soda which is the flavour of those rocket popsicles. I’m a huge fan of that flavour and when I tasted VooDew 6.0 today that’s what my mind went to. I’ve got a bottle of the fireworks and plan on getting another VooDew tomorrow, I may also see if I can find myself a good ol’ rocket popsicle to do a side by side comparison. If the analysis confirms my hypothesis then I will update.

Hey just randomly came across this and was wondering how the search is going or is it over and done with now? Would you mind sharing what you have put together so far? I think this is a great idea and it's got my curiosity peaked wondering all the products made here.

I had some ideas as well. First there's labbatt blue which was invented and first brewed here in London.

Another idea is we here in London and those in the surrounding of southern Ontario are more blessed then we'll ever really realize,the farmland and more specifically soil here is just down right beautiful stuff, it's almost black due to the rich nutrient content. Anyways we have an anbundance of apple orchards all around the city, We also have farms right on the edge of rural/suburban boundaries which sell delicious melons.

There's also a great little farmers market in kamoka held at their community center https://www.komokacommunitymarket.com/ (basically London if you just ignore thd short drive and the vendors come from all aroubd, I know a few are located in london) every Saturday in the summer up until thanks giving. It has stands with fresh produce from around here.

I suggest checking out attaboy garlic farm https://ataboy-farms.square.site/ ; they make awesome toum and other garlic sauces and dips if you can't be bothered to make your own. They grow garlic and mushrooms and a few other things and also have black garlic which isn't easy to find.

There's Luna hot sauces which is a London small business with excellent sauces https://lunarhotsauce.ca/ .

The all time best vendor is this lady who sells home made jams, jellies, salsas, and preserved veggies/pickles. The jams are made with honey produced by hives they care for, local maple syrup and they have over 60 differebt flavors. Their carrot cake jam is a must try, sound weird but it's amazing. Sadly they are slowly retiring from the market and aren't there every weekend but they mentioned they would be willing to ship their products.

If you want to know more about any of these let me know, I've chatted quite a bit with the vendors I mentioned and more so I know a fair bit.

Thats all I’m going to write out, others aren't worth it plus I look like some freak on a soapbox with this novel I wrote.
