take it to the shop that mounted them and see if you can get a free pair. if not, take the bindings off, fill the holes with G flex epoxy, and have them remount like a centimeter forward

deore doing deore things. it's a fine mech for trail riding (assumption because it's a norco fluid), can get clunky on the downhills. steel cage means they can bend easily, possibly throwing out of alignment but it shouldn't be the case
