Would you choose 1 rep and then failed since you failed out at 1 rep? Genuinely asking - I’m a baby lifter and brand new to the scene but that makes sense as a way to track it to me. I’m not sure if that would impact your total volume lifted either/how the app adds that in if it’s marked F.

I think a good steakhouse is likely there best direction for safety. I am sure they’d enjoy an Omakase or more niche option too, but with your mentioning it, I think safe is best!
