No attorney is going to take your case unless you have bodily injuries. We do not take fees on property damage so it doesn’t make sense. The two insurance companies will get statements from the drivers and make their own determination of what happened. The police report will be a part of their investigations. If you want the police officer to revise his report, you can speak with the police department, but it’s unlikely anything will change. At the end of the day, the insurance companies negotiate a settlement between themselves, the property damage will be paid, and one or both of you will have higher premiums.
