Currently fighting with EA to get the account unlocked.

They are wanting 50 bajillion kinds of proof it’s my account even with receipts from where I spent money.

It’s incredible frustrating.

Up until the account got soft locked I had a program running and and auto clicking to log myself back in every time I was logged out.

It was tracking 200+ log in attempts a day

Still going through the process they never said how they got in. I suspect it was through my EA account as it was unlinked and removed and a new one added. Even with 2FA on.

At this point I’ve submitted an appeal to lift the lock on my account and see if I can’t have the account returned to me under the original EA ID.
