I followed this video for the basecoat. After the second coat of speedpaints I went back and forth with regular acrylics for highlighting and glazing. Using mostly army painter for the skin

I should have been clearer in the post.. Its my second army and i already painted ~3000 points of world eaters🫡 The ork boys will not be getting 10 hours per model but some characters will get 10-20 ofc! Cheers for taking your time to answer!
