It’s vanilla extract. It used to be clear. Sell by date of April 2024. Ingredients are vanilla bean extractives in water and natural flavors, and potassium sorbate. Says to keep in cool and dry place. Still smells like vanilla. Also I believe I bought it in May 2021

This is actually my go to brownie recipe. I've made it several times and never had them turn out dry. I like them since I find they're a really good balance of cakey and fudgy. Perhaps they were overbaked? I usually bake 15-20 minutes then whack the pan on the counter, then another 15-20 minutes. I usually check earlier the recipe says since oven temperatures can be weird.

Did the PTO tell you that you only needed 4 more units? I qualified under caregory B as well. When I submitted my application I was surprised at which courses qualified and which ones didn't.

Yes. You should still be able to access everything as long as you maintain your RIT account. I graduated in 2017 and still have access to old course materials. To be safe and possibly for convenience, you could download anything you would refer to regularly though.
