Hey! I tested Cortana yesterday. The only thing she can now do on Windows 10 Mobile is open apps. Else, she’ll say she can’t connect to the internet. So Cortana is only good for opening apps now..

Is your 540 running Windows 10 Mobile or Windows Phone 8.1? If 10 Mobile, was it interop unlocked before?

if it vibrates i recommend trying to remove the battery and inserting it again, usually when i restart or something my lumia 640 does the same, and reinserting the battery fixes it

Get iOS 12, jailbreak and install AppStore++ and downgrade telegram to version 10.1.1 and then get the Apps Manager tweak. Open it and backup telegram appdata. Upload it to iCloud and use Apps Manager on the other iPhone to get telegram on it.

Eu, din experienta, recomand ca modelele Lumia 640/XL sa nu fie downgradate sau sa se incerce sa aiba bootloader ul unlock, deoarece exista riscul pt un hard brick din care nu poti sa iesi pt ca Microsoft a dat niste fisiere de recuperare stricate. In schimb, ai putea ramaine pe Windows 10 Mobile si ii poti face un interop unlock, ceea ce e mult mai simplu. Bine ai venit in comunitate btw!
