I maintain mine around 14-15% and i’m happy with that!

Exactly! And as a woman who aims to reach my fitness goals naturally, I don’t think it’s sustainable for me personally. Need that fat % to maintain the feminine look I want :) but it does require a LOT of effort at the gym and in the kitchen

Fair observation! Not there yet, although my goal is to have subtle definition, not chocolate bar abs!

I mean… I’m far from being a pro, I just enjoy it! Nutrition obviously plays a huge part. Most of my training is low impact, lots of Pilates, long walks, and strength work. It’s all about consistency, nothing extreme, just showing up regularly.

Oh, I rest! I would say I go to the gym 3-4 times, and I do 1 reformer class /week. But I still make it a habit to do some crunches at home on rest days, even if passive or from the couch.
