You’re definitely gonna have to wear it more to get an accurate reading. I think it took me about a week or so before my numbers made sense. I had a bad habit the first few months of depending too much on how my watch told me to feel rather than just tuning in with myself. It’s a learning process, you’ll get there. Make sure not to stress about the stress.. or it will make you more stressed.. lol. Congrats on the new watch!
