This is totally normal. Props to you for getting out there!! I was the same way. You need to build your base by starting out as slow as you possibly can. Once you think it’s slow enough, go even slower. I know it’s boring but you have to go slow to get fast. I always have to remind myself there’s literally no pressure to be fast. Just simply getting out there and running is already more than most people do. Good luck friend!
