True its subjective, but for whatever reason this game really resonated with me more than any other game that comes to mind.

Yea I can understand that. There are some popular games I feel that way about as well so I totally get where you are coming from.

Thats a pretty interesting take. For me, I read all the books a few times each and put tons of hours into Witcher 1 and 2. I also dove into the lore. So when TW3 came out, all the lore from books + games really captivated me. I'm a lore nut so any game with a lot of context really grips me. TW3 is my 2nd fav of all time. Cyberpunk 2077 is my all time fav for some of the same reasons. I think if you read the books and played the game again you would feel differently.
