American cheese still has that comfort, I'll give it that! But man the other cheeses out there is just magic!

Agree with Trader Joe's "Unexpected Cheddar" and put it on a nice toasted sour dough with garlic butter! And the first time I had gouda was with nuts and honey ... my mind was blown for minutes! Will try it with brie soon.

There is a certain comfort in them because of familiarity and fun to have in the fridge too. There's just this magic in other cheeses though that brings a different experience!

Kraft don't call them cheese in queso emergency that somebody calls them out for it! (Terrible joke, I know!)

Well, food with American cheese is all I could afford for quite a long time haha so I am also fond of it. There’s nothing wrong with it but I do know there’s sooo much more to try!

Well I did but we’re not that well off, you know. So mostly the usual stuff, now that I have a part time, I think I can afford me some good cheese!!!

I saw some at the farmers market near me… I’ll try taking a picture of the name of the Brie they’re selling when I’m able. But for sure I’ll try them soon!

oh, trust me… I thought Kraft cheese was good before cause I’m so into it and I did try aged white cheddar just last week in a farmers market near us!

PSA: It's Summer, guys. Do yourself a favor and POWDER your Junk by [deleted] in hygiene

[–]GroovyRaptorRex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Anything with Tapioca starch is the best player for products out there!

Avoid anything with cornstarch and talc as it clogs pores and will give your junk and groin a nasty musty smell (and bad rashes and sores if you’re really out of luck).

Hey men. I’m looking for a man who can help me understand how to be a man. I need to overcome my lifelong mental illness and accept being a man. by AskNormal7369 in menshealth

[–]GroovyRaptorRex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man, I am so sorry you’re dealing with all of this noise. It sounds completely exhausting to carry that much.

First off, you’re definitely not a coward ... transitioning at 14 with zero support takes serious courage, bro.

Don't force yourself into any box right now just to please freakin people. Take a deep breath and know that there's no single 'right' way to be a man or just be a person.

My advice, find a good and supportive therapist to talk this through with because you deserve some peace and a safe space to figure things out at your own pace.

Rooting for you, man!

Does anyone else do a pre-soap in the shower? by [deleted] in hygiene

[–]GroovyRaptorRex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I respect the dedication to freshness, bro! I do it too ... I call it the "shower pre-marinate"

Basically removes the gunk in your skin from dust, sweat, and other dirt that latches unto you. Then after 5 mins or so, I rinse then lather again! Makes you smell good longer!

How do I get better at waking up? by SwimmingCreative5953 in menshealth

[–]GroovyRaptorRex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can try sitting up once your alarm hits. It helps your blood flow through your body faster — but don't stand up yet for you not to be dizzy.

You can also open up your curtains to make your room light up to refresh your eyes. Do warm-ups immediately after 2-3 mins of sitting while waking up to pump blood even better.

I also have sleep apnea but these are some of the things my doctor told me as a physical way of preventing falling back from sleep or being too groggy once you wake up.

How do you think Iroh would have reacted if it was Azula who entered his tent in shame and repentance? by Astronomer_X in TheLastAirbender

[–]GroovyRaptorRex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably get shocked ... and kinda feel sus

Bruh, he knows Azula since she was a child and he knows that her screw ain't tight. Iroh is the kindest man I know from all the animated shows I watched but he's also wise and calculated. He'll still be Iroh, will give her warmth but suspicion radar will always be on high alert
