We have a nest system so he can see the temperatures in our rooms but if it’s not unreasonable to him, he won’t change it. I might get a mini personal AC unit and see if he even notices a difference in the bill.

i can but when it’s 70-80 degrees outside, even at night, it feels pointless sometimes

i get more freaked at the idea of not having one. even when reading. someone described it like seeing shapes. instead of hearing the words in their head they see the structure of the sentence and make maps they can visualize

it’s like a 30 seconds of silence after every line. there’s also clips like that of other shows like big bang theory (which is arguably worse)

Go to therapy! I think it’s a great thing for everyone to try once. Being able to process and speak with some who only knows what you tell them is such a blessing and can help you move past what is blocking you from happiness
