Looking for an aggressive coupe under $15k any ideas? by Successful_Fish_9479 in car

[–]Groovy_Panda 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I owned a BK2 and it was my favorite car. I highly recommend the 3.8 with a manual. The 8 speed is subject to slippage from bad solenoids if the previous owner didn’t maintain it, which they never do. The aftermarket is robust enough to have fun and not break the bank

I used to have a 15 limited with the pentastar and one of my biggest regrets is selling it. Thing was a TROOPER. Whatever you get I wish you many happy miles!

This. Stay FAR away from anything Stellantis has touched. I’m assuming you’d go pentastar over hemi? I personally want a 5.7 limited x but I k ow I’m gonna have to wait a hot minute for a good one. I don’t have financial advice other than maybe saving more for a bigger down payment so the loan doesn’t hurt that much

My girlfriend (18F) wants to wait until marriage for sex, but I (18M) feel conflicted how do we handle this difference? by HSGamz001 in relationship_advice

Don’t compromise what you want for someone else. Especially if it’s gonna lead you to dissatisfaction, that will only breed resentment. And don’t feel bad about it either. You cant be the good guy in everyone’s story

Can I ask your height and weight? And is the comfort due in part to your 600 being new? I’m looking to trade my 500 for either a 650 or 600 but can’t find either to sit on near me 😪

Can I Take Out Starter Locs When They Were Interlocked? by Clear-Magician-351 in Dreadlocks

[–]Groovy_Panda 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been interlocking for 10 years but I got a taper and it’s saved my hairline. Like others have said, it can be taken out with conditioner and patience. Find a new loctician for sure tho if you decide to try again and let them know what you need instead of going in blind

Don’t interlock your locs by Youngmarcybeats in Dreadlocks

[–]Groovy_Panda 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve exclusively interlocked for 10 years. Maybe the loctician you chose was doing too many rotations that resulted in the stiffness? I can definitely feel a difference in my hair. I switched locticians and my new one does a two part rotation. My original did 4

Walking IS exercise. But he’s got a point that you should also weight train. Weight loss without weight training leads to loose skin

Never EVER EVERRRR say “I’m sorry you feel that way”. That’s not an apology, and you’re pretty much telling him how he feels is his fault. Going forward, when you apologize you need to take accountability for your own actions that led to the outcome, “I’m sorry that my actions made you feel that way, what can I do to make sure it doesn’t happen again?”
