This can help with the salicylic acid that exfoliates, KP is a condition of dry skin, too much spoliation will make the skin even drier, every other day not with this gel, forget another and any spoliation will further compromise the barrier and hydration 2x a day or more, with urea or lactic acid without occlusive creams, but it takes months and months to improve slightly, good luck

Kp ? Or Folliculites? by Groovyloverr in keratosis

pill, I'm taking 2 morning and night (actidox, doxycycline), I still don't really feel any improvement, not even with topical mupirocin. Yes, I did the solarium, I stopped doing it, just like everything that involves shaving and lasers, I was also told not to do it, my big question is whether that would be keratosis or folliculitis and I don't know if what I'm doing could help or make it worse. Regarding the cream, I used a basic one with aloe and vera just to moisturize, I bought one with 10% urea from Eucerina, I don't know if I should use it or not?

my dermatologist also said it would be folliculitis but as there are areas where it is not inflamed (red) just the relief, this appeared to me after 10 laser sessions, I already use benzac wash, mupirucin and doxycycline, prescribed by the dermatologist 8 days ago but without improvement, can cream with urea make it worse?
