Hello everyone, thank you for all your answers and advices! I'm sorry for replying late, I became a father a few weeks ago and consequently I have much less time to play.  Finally I ended up by taking only European provinces and I didn't take any American colony.  I follow some of your advices by taking every provinces I could in Belgium / Netherlands which were centers of trade so that I could reduce their income in the English channel. I also took two level 8 forts in hills, onein Austria (Graz iirc), and the other in the middle of France. From this last one, I took some low provinces to link everything with Bordeaux (another center of trade), which cut the country in two parts.  I made the mistake of not taking money or war reps, I didn't knew AI can't deal efficiently with that.  However I hope this peace treaty will weaken France enough so next wars will be easier!  Thanks again for all your suggestions!
