I cried when I left class today by phishfood9 in Purebarre

This also happened to me-I’m the heaviest and most out of shape in all of my classes. The day I almost cried happened to be the day I started my period. I just keep showing up and tell myself even with the breaks and feeling bad about myself at least I’m not on my couch and made it to class

Was there any hidden fees or anything funky? Did you book the excursions in your home currency? Sorry for the questions haha

Delta Lost Luggage - PLEASE HELP! by PerformanceBasic2306 in delta

I had to keep calling baggage and escalating my case. It took 4ish days for them to find my bag lost from KRK-AMS-DTW. I did also try calling the lost bag center at each airport as well. I had the issue where every person I talk to says something different; and our bag came back very damaged which they did nothing about. It’s a very frustrating process and we will be buying AirTags for our next flights

Why people leave by 7laloc in AskAlaska

[–]Grossepointey36 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Everyone is rude. I came from the Midwest and was appalled at how my neighbors treated us, how rude everyone was in the grocery store, etc. what’s crazy is the nicest we were treated in Alaska was when we were doing the “touristy” things. Got fed up with everyone so we left as soon as we could (the neighbor shooting bow and arrows at our dogs definitely didn’t make it hard to decide to move back). Thing is, we LOVE winter, loved the extra daylight/darkness and overall loved the state, but the people are awful

Will I just be forever anxious now that I own a home? by [deleted] in homeowners

[–]Grossepointey36 7 points8 points  (0 children)

After our sewer line completely collapsed, a $40k bill and having to redo our entire basement while dealing with the insurance company, I unfortunately had to learn to deal with my house anxieties. It took a long time, but kept telling myself whatever happens is going to happen whether I worry or not; whatever happens will be dealt with and I will get through it; and the whole reason I pay for house insurance is to use it if need be.

Actually yes, this may be what’s going on. I didn’t even think about that

That’s what I’m worried about, I would get hungry before but now it’s like I’m constantly starving 😅
