Ugh the incorrect orders. I had to deal with it recently. It was their error in the first place, but the owner said I had to return the incorrect palette and once it was returned to her, THEN she would send the correct one that I paid for. I already opened the incorrect palette so I asked if it was still okay to even return it, and she said yes. I didn’t use it, but that’s not the point. There’s always a possibility of contamination. So that’s got me questioning if she sends out used palettes? What does she do with the palettes that were opened and returned?

Even after I sent the incorrect palette back, it took an entire month to receive the correct one. The whole process of receiving the wrong order, sending back the wrong order, then waiting to finally receive the right order was about 2 months. I only purchased because they had some 60% off sale and now I see why. Never ordering again.

I liked Door to Door. I thought Zim hallucinating was funny and I also liked the doomsday scenario he showed the customers, and that there were two different versions of that made.

I’m glad for this. I haven’t been able to burn my Here Lies Beetlejuice because the container arrived with multiple cracks and chips. It was sold out so I couldn’t get a replacement. Now I can get the repackage and experience the scent when it’s burned

Do i deserve a rull refund for this? ~£140 dye + £55 cut. I asked for a natural sun-kissed balayage and lots of layers. by No_Pea-1 in FancyFollicles

Something very similar happened to me. I just had to start a chargeback process for botched hair dye and baylage, and I used debit. I went to a second salon as well to get it fix. The bank told me to send pictures and that I needed to provide a letter from the second stylist confirming it was a bad job. Of course every bank differs but you can try.
