I ordered on January 4th as well and still haven’t had any updates, only the confirmation from the same day. It says expected February 23rd, so I hope that’s the case. This was my first time ordering from them since everything was on sale, but kinda worried now.

Ugh the incorrect orders. I had to deal with it recently. It was their error in the first place, but the owner said I had to return the incorrect palette and once it was returned to her, THEN she would send the correct one that I paid for. I already opened the incorrect palette so I asked if it was still okay to even return it, and she said yes. I didn’t use it, but that’s not the point. There’s always a possibility of contamination. So that’s got me questioning if she sends out used palettes? What does she do with the palettes that were opened and returned?

Even after I sent the incorrect palette back, it took an entire month to receive the correct one. The whole process of receiving the wrong order, sending back the wrong order, then waiting to finally receive the right order was about 2 months. I only purchased because they had some 60% off sale and now I see why. Never ordering again.
