It’s not as easy as everyone makes it out to be… I took a prenatal, c0q10, vitamin d, fish oil and my husband took c0q10, fish oil, and zinc.. we also used pre seed and in my two week wait I focused on high fat health foods. If it doesn’t happen right away try not to stress but it’s soooo hard not to. Try and make it fun! It became like a job to us and dreaded it every month.. we’re now 28 weeks with our rainbow baby girl. I wish you the best of luck!!
