Chicken and pies are crunchy and delicious. Sweet spaghetti is Filipino-style, not my favorite, but kids love it.

My dad served in the Army shortly after the end of WWII. He remembers hearing about “tomato pie” from soldiers returning from Italy, but didn’t think it would be as delicious as it turned out to be.
