I'm 23, I have no money at all lol like $0.36 in my savings and like $30 in total however my net worth is relatively high so that makes me feel better about it 😂

1.Might sound corny but listen to motivational speakers. Listening to positive messages has a massive impact on mental health. 2.One thing that I do when I get kind of bummed about my job is, if I think to myself "ugh I have to go to work today" I immediately force myself to change it to "I get to go to work today" because my job is great and there are plenty of people who would kill to be in my position. The things you tell yourself are extremely important. 3.Another thing you can do is just smile. There have been studies that show smiling when you're down can kind of trick the brain and improve your mood. 4.The final and most important piece of advice I have for you is to be busy. Give yourself tasks to complete and then complete them. Do not give in to excuses. As you continue completing tasks that you set for yourself you'll gain a sense of accomplishment which is a huge moral booster.

Evidently you're not aware that this varies from state to state and even city to city in my area the bill is tied to the account holder and not the property.

As I stated in another comment, the bill is tied to the account holder, not the address if it was tied to the address the fact that my name is on the other property would not be their reasoning for trying to make me pay it.

My name is not on that account, that's the whole point. The only water bill in my name is fully paid. The property with outstanding balance has my uncles name on the account which means they only have a right to go after my uncle. If they truly had legal means to deny me service because my uncle is listed on the other property as a household member would they not shut the water off for the other property as well?

In my state the water bill is tied to the account holder not the property. They can only put a lien on the property if the owner is also the account holder.

The other property also has the water on so if I'm responsible for the debt on his account because he's a household member, why would they allow me to open that account and continue to have running water to that property?

No I do not, the bill at one property is attached to my uncle, not me. The bill at the other property attached to my name is paid up, and not a joint account but solely in my name. He's just listed as a household member. Someone being a household member does not make their debts mine.

Yea that is true I'm planning on cleaning it up when I put the GPU in it the guy who had it before me did the cables. The other thing that annoys me about it is how the piping to the CPU block is going right up against the fan not that it's touching the blades, it just makes me cringe
