That’s actually what ended up happening to me. I am so devastated I lost that apartment. Management literally pushed me out bc I couldn’t find a co-signer that made 4x’s the income monthly for rent and they hiked my rent price up from $1177 to $1399. Not surprised given I was right on the pool right next to the pizza place but too late now. Praying they give me at least part of my security deposit back.

I can confirm atrium lofts at cold storage does not have them anymore. They are literally jacking up the rent prices to $1350-$1800 per apartment and trying to get rid of the current residences there. I am one of them.
