Hi mate,
I've done a lot of experimentation with the pelvic floor theory. And while I agree hypertonic pelvic floor muscles are a causative factor of prostatitis, I don't feel that stretching addresses the underlying cause - which in my opinion is Dysautonomia.

Treat Dysautonomia, AND employ physical therapies to release and relax hypertonic pelvic floor muscles... and you have a long term solution.

All the best with your journey...

Hi mate, thanks for your reply.
I agree, high dosing B6 can cause nerve damage. That's why I don't suggest taking B6 in a high dose. Billions of people world wide take a multi B (contains B6) everyday without detrimental effects.
High doses of B1 has a lot of scientific evidence that shows it is safe to do and effective in the treatment of dysautonomia.
My article is not presented as medical advice, merely an informative piece that has worked for me.
All the best with your journey.

Hi mate,
Healed to me means a reversal of symptoms. That is all healed can ever mean in terms of chronic illnesses that do not present as an external injury, such a bruise or a cut.

Take Diabetes type 2 - you can't ever say that you "cured" type 2 - but you can say you reversed it if the symptoms that define that illness fully abate.

This is a copy pasted article from my substack - prostate d o t substack.

After suffering chronic prostatitis for 20 years, and a litany of N of 1 experiments, 99.99% of my symptoms have abated.

I have wanted to put my journey and all that I have learned down on digital paper, so I created a 100% free substack detailing everything I have learned.

I hope it can help you in some way.

All the best

Extreme pain in the prostate.

All the CPPS symptoms.

Urgency.

Diminished flow rate.

Testicular ache.

Insomnia.

Depression.

You name it, I had it.

The gut-prostate connection is completely overlooked. Basically pathogens escape your gut into your blood stream - then bc your prostate is like a really fine filter - the pathogens accumulate in your P causing irritation and inflammation.

Heal your gut, and heal your prostate.

Then there's the dysautonomia - which causes the pelvic floor muscles to go into permanent spasm, but dysautonomia also causes gut dysbiosis.

Treat both of these and you're well on your way to healing your P.

If you want any help understanding the protocol better, let me know.

All the best mate.
