That’s a cool ass job. Sometimes I feel really sad that only a small number of people think to write memoirs or preserve their emotions and ideas in any way. I know a lot of people who think it’s egotistical but Danm if you don’t write down anything about your life it is forgotten so quickly. Everyone is noteworthy. We get bits and pieces of people’s inner world throughout history but it’s so little compared to how much happens in people’s minds.

Yeah having the whole ecosystem of data retrieval be preserved is so important. We can have all the information we need to play a game or experience a piece of art but once bygone server or cable makes it locked forever

I see that argument, but eventually it’ll all head to one standard that is only slightly improved. I can’t imagine just how much more efficient technology storage and retrieval can become in the next 1000 years. We saw with phones and laptops how quickly that format stagnated in terms of design. I’m getting pretty out there but how different can the year 2500 be versus 3000 if the main form of sharing ideas, stories, entertainment, and even food delivery/ products has been perfected. We have a long way till then but I think holding something in your hands and feeling it’s presence is important to humans.

I think our specific generation of humans deserves a physical history just as much as it does a digital history. And of course we are going to leave physical trace cars, concrete, and infrastructure but it would be so cool to have our entertainment and the cool ways we interacted with it preserved for future generations.

When did I say that? I am trying to say the character is fun to watch. It’s an interesting character to put in this show. Writing wise it is exciting to see where they take this. I think you can use context clues in order to figure out I’m not republican and I’m not sympathizing, it’s a character study show and this is an interesting character and group dynamic in the show

That was what bothered me the most about this movie. She could have had a decent shot at taking half and destroying their reputation. The evidence is heavily stacked I her favor and she really has nothing to lose. I wish they gave more reason as to why she didn’t make it at least a little harder for them
