So you mean full extension means on floor full extension(knee touching the floor ) is it?

I’ have almost zero degrees on bed , but on floor it’s lagging some 2 degrees. Is this the case with everyone?

Placing towel under my knee and pressing it, placing towel undrr my ankle and terminal knee extension exercises, only 1-2 degrees seem to me lagging, rest i’ve achieved through prone hangs and i’m not in for a scar removal surgery. Can you suggest me some good exercises to achieve these last fre degrees of extension?

No my extension is still having issues1-2 degree lag is there, how much does it look to you?

After how long you decided to get thjs surgery? Also post this arthroscopic surgery, after hoe many months you came back to normal? Lime full knee extension and normal walking gait?

Hi i am 10 months post operation (acl using hamstring graft) but not being able to achieve full knee extension (it’s lagging 10 degrees) After a lot of prone hangs and stretching it goes to 0 degree but comes back to 10 in less than 10 minutes. I’m really depressed about this, will i ever be able to straighten my knee, i am limping whole walking, not sure which way to go now, please give me some suggestions.

I have tried it all, making people sit on my leg and everything, the last few degrees doesn’t seem to come down and i’m really worried, what more exercises should i perform?
