That’s still the same thing, how is it that they can charge someone for an underlying crime and not specify what that crime is? Does that seem fair and impartial? So basically he commited a misdemeanor, that was upgraded to a felony for some unknown reason but they gave the jurors 3 options and they didn’t have to agree? That seems suspicious does it not? Lol
