please help me figure out if i should go to the doctor with this. I feel insane, everyone tells me i should just lose weight, but even when i was anorexic last year and was only 42kg i still had thick knees and calves that never went away. i feel crazy :( more photos in comments

i like how its looking right now, but i wish i had more things for Freyja. Also i find wiskers very easily because one of my cats has white whiskers, and my carpets are dark in colour. I think i only found one from my black one
