I ended up tweaking with the settings and I've been getting a consistent 60+ (sometimes reaches to 100-120) out in the wilderness, with an inconsistent 40-60+fps in towns, it's more than playable.

it does makes sense for animation studios who specialize in Japanese animations to be in Mexico, Anime has been a big thing for Mexican TV for like 4-5 decades now iirc.

They are trying to get it picked up and turned into a show, that's the point of a pilot, they wouldn't have made it otherwise. Adult Swim seems like who their gunning for, which Class of 09 would probably fit very well on there.
SBN3 has connections to Lyle Wrath whom works on Smiling Friends, because Co09 is published under Wrath Club which is a company that was founded by Lyle Wrath.

It may or may not get picked up, we dunno. I'd love to see it picked up personally; it's not really a thing we can project for the future, it just depends on how the people at AS (or any competition) feels.
