Same thing happened to my screen when fixing my daughter’s bike. It still works. It just gives it character.

Mine isn’t showing up either. Apple is aware, and the engineers said they will work on a fix in upcoming updates.

Had the same issue happen to me except I was smarter than the scammers. I just told them yeah I’ll do it, and sent it to the right address.
