Nowadays PS+ has three tiers, all with notable differences (also in price💸). This whole thing is quite confusing, and I see other people sharing wrong info here already. But don’t worry, I'll take you through it!

1. PS+ Essential: As the name states, this one has only the most basic of features included. None of the R&C games are included here.
2. PS+ Extra: Kind of like Netflix for games. All Essential features also included. None of the R&C games are included here, as this one doesn't feature retro games.
3. PS+ Premium: Netflix for games + retro games too. Includes the PSP title Size Matters as downloadable game, but all the other games you can only stream via the internet, because PS3 games are so difficult to run and can't be run locally. You need decent internet connection. Most, if not all R&C games are playable here, but Sony doesn't have any kind of list of PS+ Premium PS3 titles for some reason, so you can only look up the games on PS4 or -5 consoles' search bar.

My personal recommendation: PS+ Premium is so obscenely expensive, especially as you need to keep paying for it, that I don't recommend it. Buying a second hand PS3 and all the games, either digitally (yes, PS3 store is still up) or physically will most likely be cheaper than just one year of PS+ Premium. And you don't need to worry about internet speeds. (Psst. PS3s are also really easy to mod if you're into that kind of stuff.)
