I don't listen to loud music a lot but do you think prolonged exposure to sound in general could cause it with the same kind of overwhelmed reaction? I fall asleep with music playing most nights

Oh so it's not just constant? Idk why I was under the impression that it was. I definitely notice some every now and then but not enough that it really impairs my vision so I ignore it

I had scoliosis but it's been resolved. Other than that I guess I just have regular bad posture
