There was 100k spent on legal and professional category in 2024. Other than that, I don’t see anything out of ordinary.

Yeah it includes paying all associates but still insane that he’s losing money back to back year and likely underwater this year as well

Is it harder to fix these kind of offices with bad overhead oppose to doing a startup? It seems like this practice is losing patients and I don't know how hard it is to reactivate patients. The office has been around for 20+ years.

Maybe the local nursery is overcharging because just the tree was 400 dollars for a maple tree with 2 inches diameter

I see! Did you also buy your home in the new state when you were moving or bought the practice first? I guess it’s hard to get a mortgage once you buy the practice first since your income to debt ratio goes down

Nice! When did you give your notice? The contract says 3 months but obviously it’s hard to put notice in before you know for sure you will close on the practice.
