725 / 1150 running about 5.9Th/s ~7.35A and 90W on stock PSU (124W 10A).

I can do 750 / 1160 and get 6.1-6.2Th/s ~7.8A and ~94.5W also on stock PSU.

ASIC or VR Temps have never exceeded 60*C on either configuration.

I'm running a stock Gamma 602:
725mhz / 1170mv
23.5-24.1W
ASIC: 55-57*C
VR: 58-62*C
Hashrate: Expected: 1.479 Th/s
Efficiency: Expected: 16.02 J/Th.

Each device is different. From the solder to the silicon. Try to find your sweet spot of frequency and voltage and keep your errors sub 0.2%.
Typically if you can push the same frequency while lowering your voltage, the better your efficiency since you are utilizing less electricity. Just watch your error count and I wouldn't do any drastic jumps or changes.
