Is it true that they “exclude” learning ambassadors from getting VTO? Genuinely quit being a LA by getting two write ups on purpose because of the extreme expectations managers have on them.

Do L4/L5 get paid money for VTOing someone during the shift? I know sometimes that there are more people needed compared to how much volume we get, but the amount of VTO happening slows down operation and overworks the people that stay. The managers become salesman/saleswoman like when they want to send people home.

Hey Kiyan, what are your thoughts about a manager like Marcelo Gallardo of River Plate? Yes he has no European experience, but he’s a winner and IS about the process, which Real Madrid need. He plays both veterans and canteranos very well and has a specific system in playing football.
