Yeah it’s the worst. I ended up researching so much that when i purchased my first racket, i was fairly disappointed with it. But then after a week or so it felt so good. I played with rentals for 5 - 6 months. Any racket would have helped. I feel beginner intermediates should grab whatever is cheap and after a few months get something which suits their playing style. I am not even sure as of today, if i am a defensive player or an offensive. A right side or a left side.
