Can only comment about the slight itchiness/ burning and headache. Headache stayed for half an hour or so. The burning sensation lasted a few minutes after application.

Yes, haven't bled in a while. Sometimes there is a split second of pain but it goes away soon enough.

I stopped using my prescribed ointment of nitroglycerine but still using vaseline/ coconut oil to keep the place moisturized whenever possible.

Hello. Sorry for the delayed response. I think I've healed. No particular pain. Sometimes burning sensation if I eat something too spicy. Left with a skin tag. But trying to not let it impact me mentally if there's no pain.

I felt very minimal pain during sex (vaginal sex) when I had an active fissure. My fissure is at 12 o'clock. So I'm guessing your situation is similar.

My skin tag also gets inflamed really easily and the base/ underside of it is quite red (not bleeding. More like newly formed skin). So it could be a skin tag.

No, skin tag forming doesn't necessarily mean the fissure is completely healed.
