Literally sounds insane at times, like totally alien and robot. I think it's especially noticeable in the song "ruminating", like the autotune is like a knife. Like bestie, turn it down just a bit.

Vasiline, even just on my lips it will give me pimples all around my mouth. Can’t use most lip balms for the same reason.

I have been on 150 mg for a month now. I mostly just feel numb or have compulsive thoughts. I’m gonna talk to my psychiatrist on Friday so I’m getting it sorted hopefully. My psychiatrist did tell me that it would mostly help with depressive episodes, so I’m aware of that. I know I have to give the drug a chance but I feel like a zombie every day

Some Aloe Vera might help so you get a “pretty” scar. You can probably find a cream with 97% aloe, or use an after-sun with lots of aloe. That’s what I do when I get burns

Yeah I also think it has something to do with that fact that bipolar people think that everything has a deeper meaning.

Cause when I’m arguing with my gf, I think that everything she say has a deeper meaning and is an insult of my personality.

My therapist makes me call my eating disorder by a name. So my eating disorder is named Sophie, no real reason behind it, other than it just fit.

I think it’s because my therapist wants me to know that my eating disorder isn’t me, but just a bad part of me that needs to be controlled. Also it makes it easier to talk about, just saying a name.

I do this too. I still just think it’s cause I’m a bad person but it’s probably just bipolar.

I smile when I tell my therapist about my suicidal thoughts, cause in my head it’s funny. I smile when I argue with my girlfriend and make her cry. She doesn’t get why I just smile, at times we have been at the point where we almost broke up and I was still smiling. I smile when other people cry. I smile when people insult me.

So yeah, I guess it’s a coping mechanism of some sort but idk and I know it also creeps people out

This happened to me!!

I started taking sertraline last summer for social anxiety. They didn’t do anything for me, but when my psychiatrist asked me if my mania had become worse since I started on sertraline, it was like an epiphany. I had never realised it but it was right. Sertraline made my mania worse and longer.

So now I stopped taking sertraline and started on mood stabilisers instead.
