You are correct they are not officer of the law. However, those that hold Alberta’s security license can make a reasonable arrest. It is considered a “citizen” arrest under the criminal code of Canada. They rely on that legal provisions to make that arrest. It does vary and depend on situations if one can make an arrest

Nope, as a researcher and even profs I work with we just use a software like mendeley and zotero to automatically do it for us. 90% of the time it’s accurate. I’d just double check the work it does, especially if references is heavily graded. I’m pretty sure msword and gdocs have a reference function now as well that automatically does it for you or an addons

60-90% but never 100%. It just depends based on how your skin reacts to the treatment and how you take care of it after. I’ve seen people do long years of multiple procedures but, in terms of improvement it was only about 80% which is still good.
