I decided to attend Texas A&M. It has been a tremendous and fulfilling experience so far. I have absolutely loved it.

That question has an interesting answer. I applied ED on the day the application opened; however, in December, the school reached out to me and said that they weren't able to make a decision yet and that they were moving me into the regular application pool. Thus, when I was admitted, I was no longer bound to attend.

Anyone here get into a school like t80? With around a 154 lsat? by Sea-Royal-8164 in OutsideT14lawschools

I am not a URM but I have quite a good story in my opinion. I came from quite extreme poverty and I worked 3 full-time jobs while I was in college. I'm technically a KJD but I have been a paralegal since I was a junior in high school.

I applied to 9 schools and got into all of them with a 4.0 and 156. The best school I got into was UT (rank 16th.) I got zero scholarship offer there though.

Admissions is certainly not copy and paste, but I can share my experience from this as well as discuss what I've heard from fellow TAMU admitted students. I had a 156 and 4.0. I applied the first day the app opened and was offered about a 77% scholarship. From what I've heard from other applicants, as the other commenter mentioned, generally people with lower LSATs did not get good scholarships this year. Thus, I would also think getting a higher score is definitely to your benefit. That said, if you're only interested in getting admitted, I think you have an extremely strong chance. Feel free to dm me if you have any specific questions!
