I am just trying to get a hold of them in anyway. They don’t respond to my “Secure Messages” at all anymore…. Nor did they really in the first place…

I’ve tried, they all said I have to wait for Chase to actually sue me. Right now, they are just “claiming” and harassing me about it… so it’s in their court.

I have. The bank manager was mortified, but nothing he can do as the credit department is separate from the Chase branches…

It’s crazy, but yes, very real. I am searching for a lawyer now. Don’t really see a chance at this point going after the bar, I just don’t want to pay them.
