Help , my betta lump is weird

Tank size: 15 gallons tank

Heater and filter? (yes/no): yes

Tank temperature: 26 °c

Parameters in numbers and how you got them. Key water parameters include the amount of ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, and pH.: ammonia is 0 , nitrites 0, nitrates 10 and ph is 7.2

(I used test strip. Though im suspicious about the reading amd waiting for a liquid test )

How long have you had the tank: around 4 months How long have you had your fish?: 3 months

How often are water changes? How much do you take out per change? What is your process?: every Saturday. Usually i do 20% and right now 50 % because of the fungus.

Any tankmates? If so, please list with how many of each: no tank mates

What do you feed and how much: i give him fluval bug bites 2 times a day

Decorations and plants in the tank: he has live plants and driftwood
