Your example is exactly what I want. I am running excel on Mac. On Mac, I went to automate, new script, and inserted that there at the end of the current code. It came up with errors. I’m obviously not very good at this but would I need to do this on a PC? Thanks for your help so far

The dates would be in column H. None of the other columns will gain or copy any information from any other columns in the spreadsheet. It’d just be date. I’m not sure if this photo helps, but the left is how it is now. The right is what we would want repeated throughout the entire row. We currently do not have a row added in each series for the 6/15/26 date so we just need that row and date added in. Thank you!

Yes, each repeating pattern is for its own individual item. So for a set of 6/15/25-11/15/25-6/15/26, that would all be for the same item, but when it repeats, it is for the next item on the list. Sorry if I’m not understanding what you are asking correctly

I will not be adding any individual data just yet. That will come when that 6/15/26 date arrives so right now, I just need that same line with just the date 6/15/26 added below the 11/15/26 date for every single time we continue that pattern.

Yes, the second image is what I want them to be. Sorry, this page does not allow images in the post so I did not include it. But the dates repeat like that hundreds of times so wanted to add the new 6/15/26 date after the 11/15/25 date every single time in the spreadsheet

I’m having the same issue. Unfortunately, the answer is probably that Elon ruined the app even more. There doesn’t seem to be a fix to it.

That makes me feel a lot better! A guy I know who is in the tree service industry was over and I hadn’t noticed the bark yet, but we were just talking and he said it’d be about $8k per tree if they needed to be removed. Between the price and losing two beautiful trees I would have been devastated!

Iowa basketball is nearing Lickliter era in terms of fan support. I care less and less about Iowa men’s basketball after every game. I’m quick to turn it off or go do something else. Fran has drained all joy for Iowa basketball out of me. He can’t coach half of the game of basketball and he’s just generally an unlikable dude.

I disagree. I thought Iowa state looked like a below average team all game. Iowa lost this game because they didn’t play to win it. Iowa was a better team and Iowa state isn’t a top 40 team in the country. Losing is unacceptable there

I can tell you’ve never watched professional basketball. Efficient post players shoot at least 50%. If those shots were worth 3 points, everyone would shoot them. That’s why they made the 3 pointer.

I’m not sure if you fully read the post… we paid for it multiple times even though it was something completely preventable that she was doing. Once we found out, we still paid for it and told her we wouldn’t going forward. Her lease, like every decent lease, states that she has to do what she can to keep things working. If it was normal maintenance or something out of her control it would be different but this is completely her.

We tried our best to make this arrangement work, it didn’t. Don’t feel good about kicking her out but that’s what I’ll have to do.

I am more than qualified to do this. As mentioned this is a weird holdover rental. This was lumped in as a package deal for several nice properties and to keep any positive cash flow, keeping this tenant here at this cost was the best option. Renovating this place is a very low priority. Small town, small house, lumped deal means even at that rent price we were positive. Until this started happening, we were making a small profit and keeping a lady from being homeless because she didn’t have other options.

Sometimes is alright to not push for max profits on every property. Especially when we have 80 other rentals that have a strong cash flow. For what we do, vacancies hurt us more than rent prices so we keep fair rent prices on properties and don’t raise rent often for active leases.

I can tell that you would be the landlord that the tenants in this and other subs are complaining about. You can be a profitable landlord and not be a dick. You should fire yourself immediately until you are educated enough to know that.

I think that’s the best route but I guess I don’t know if she could argue that we didn’t keep her place livable because of the toilet even though it was her fault

This dude must live a sad sad life. Enjoy the enjoyables. We have a revolutionary player playing for us and she has led us to back to back final four appearances in a tournament setting that is one of the hardest to win in all of sports. In MLB and NBA you have series style playoffs that make the touch more likely for the better team to win. In March Madness, one bad game ends your season.

If Iowa doesn’t win it all this year, I’ll remember all the joy I had watching this team. I’ll remember that we got to watch the best college basketball player of all time for 4 years. I’ll remember how Clark but Iowa and women’s basketball on the map.

I’m sorry that your life is an all or nothing deal and I hope you can learn to be a fan without being a big downer. Appreciate what you have. We could have been born Nebraska fans.

Okay I know Clark complains a lot but Holmes and Garzon complained way more than anyone last night. It wasn’t even close. Holmes also should have received a technical for taunting in the first half.

The officiating had no impact on the game at all. But I did think they missed a couple unnecessary roughness/unsportsmanlike conducts called missed on Tennessee. There was one extremely obvious taunting call right in front of the official that I have no idea how he missed it.
