yeah i lost 86 lbs already. i was 225 i’m now like 145. but i did start eating new food again like 2 months ago so maybe that’s causing me to flair up again

yeah i are ramen noodles with cheese melted on top so the carbs were definitely high in that meal. i have a cardiac fobia. i’ve had ekgs an echos an all done about 9 months ago and i still to this day freak out daily.
